Liquidation map: questions and answers

What is a liquidation map?

A liquidation map shows at which prices open leveraged positions will be force-closed. Longs are liquidated when the price falls, shorts when it rises. Large clusters of liquidations work like fuel: when the price reaches them, forced market orders can push it further.

How is the HyperScan liquidation map different from others?
